FIELD NOTES is a series of focused conversations about what actually helps people stay well in high-pressure lives and professions. Each episode brings together psychology, clinical experience, and current research to clarify the forces that drive overwhelm. AND I try to make sire we emphasize the practices that support recovery, steadiness, and meaningful work.

I speak with clinicians, researchers, authors, and other professionals whose work intersects with stress, trauma, resilience, behaviour change, and human performance. Together, we unpack the evidence, the nuance, and the practical strategies that rarely make it into public conversations about wellbeing.

The goal is calm clarity. Listeners come away with a sharper understanding of the psychology behind burnout and compassion fatigue, and with tools that are grounded, realistic, and usable.

If you work in healthcare, mental health, education, or any helping profession (or if you’re simply trying to make better sense of your own life under stress) FIELD NOTES offers informed, evidence-based perspective without the noise.
